The Astec Double Drum Continuous Mix Plant Helps Posillico Materials Expand

Our Asphalt Plant upgraded to a state of the art Astec Double Drum Continuous Mix Plant in the early 1990's which saw our silo quantity rise to 4. The upgrade increased production, capacity, and efficiency in utilizing Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP) into New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) asphalt mixes for a growing Highway and Bridge Improvement Program (including the H.O.V. initiatives).
